Limited Remedy: If this product is proved to be defective, then the exclusive remedy and Stexley-Brake LLC¿s and sellers only obligation shall be, Stexley-Brake LLC option, to replace the product or to refund the full purchase price. Limitation of Liability: Stexley-Brake LLC and seller shall not be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory.
